Poleward Outflow Channel

Earl seems to be re-energizing from an improvement in the poleward outflow channel.
TUTT that drives this has lined up due east - an optimal position.
However, Earl is entering more stable air and lower OHC waters.
So, I dont expect too much strengthening, maybe just the next 12 hrs or so.
