Recons on the way back out, USAF this time.  These guys have been flying 24 hrs a day since the 27th.  Probably will be flying this storm until Saturday.  By then Gaston, if he makes it, should be in range and possibly Hermine, so they may be going 24 hrs. a day for the next 2 weeks.  I know it's fun and that's why they do it but the stresses, and responsibility involved are enormous.  These pilots, ground crews (who never get credit), and meteorologists deserve a lot more kudos than they get.   I can't imagine the work that goes into the logistics of these flights and the maintenance of these aircraft when it gets this busy.  

NOAA and the Hunters my hats off to you guys.  Thank you.
