Certainly looks that way.  The media are still trying to bleed the last bit of hype from Earl though.  For those who don't understand it's nerve wracking.  For the those who've lived with it, it's time to breathe a sigh of relief, and send some positive energy to those north of us.  Hope Earl gets weaker and weaker for everyone.
