Downtown Houston this AM

| I didn't check the radar at the time, but in downtown Houston in a hi-rise this AM around 5:30-6 it sounded like a small tornado was coming through. Wind coming through the edges around the windows enough to feel it from a few ft away. Had to be TS force sustained winds if not weak H force gusts. Good-sized trees on balconies snapped; a large tree on the ground nearby was uprooted. And lots of heavy rain on and off all day. |
