Igor getting act together

| LLC now covered with convection. Starting to get some outflow in the east quadrant - indicating shear is kaput. Cloud tops still very cold at -80C and rain-rate has picked back up in the last couple hours. Track has been somewhat erratic the last 24 hrs. However ensembles have tightened up for the next 72 hours.      |
