Looks to be a Annular Hurricane

This looks to be a very rare hurricane for the Atlantic. To have Igor reach this strength this far out is amazing. I also think that Igor may become the first true annular hurricane in the Atlantic since Isabel. The center shows a very wide deep band with a less pronounced outer band. It could very likely happen but I'll leave that to the NHC. Here's a link to the definition of a annular Hurricane.
