Winds are spinning at the closest buoy

I just looked at ASCAT and WindScat, data is 2 to 3 hrs old.

Nothing yet, but spatial resolution could be limiting a small developing surface low from being immediately seen.

However, the buoy at 16.8N 81.5W is showing the winds beginning to spin around in the last 6 hrs.

Wind speed is picking up and pressure is nose dving.

Buoy at 19.9N 85.1W also showing nose diving pressures but no wind direction change yet.

This has always been flaring a DMAX.

May see a good burst this morning.  Maybe enough to get the surface low spinning???
