Mr. Ricksterpr,

all in the island can sleep well. Igor, will not affect PR. The center has been moving slowly WNW. Last night at this time the center was due east of PR, tonight its ENE the turn has begun and this more poleward motion will continue. This is not your cane my friend!!!!
