Whoa - as soon as he hit the water he started forming an eyewall

Increadible
IMHO a 100% chance for RI today.
Poleward outflow channel is well developed.
Massive convection firing in the ADT Center Bulls-eye - looks like topping around 60k-ft.
5 hrs ago, the latest TRMM Down-looking Precip Radar shows the eyewall is at hot-tower level.
At that time, TRMMs microwave imager showed a small diametere eye forming right on the coast at 19.5N 91.1W
Latest GOES rain-rate image shows hot-tower is still firing away.
