Julia is done, she's had her 15 minutes. Karl is forecast to become a major before landfall which is really significant. Just North of Veracruz this could be in an intensification phase which raises the potential for the max winds reaching the ground. This was not forecast 72 hours ago here. If the forecast was this far off 72 hours out on a storm making land fall in the US heads would roll. They are going to get hammered down there.
