3C Core

Outflow not that good on NW quad over Mexico, otherwise very-good poleward and equatorward
Currently, cloud tops about 50 to 55K-ft on the eye-wall with moderate rain-rate.
Had a massive eyewall hot-tower fire at 6:00Z and lasted about 3.5 hours.
Core should heat up another 1 or 2C from it and wind field will most likely continue to ramp up until landfall.
IMHO, strong Cat 3 likely, maybe Cat 4.
Veracruz will get hammered.
