When I clicked on the live Bermuda webcam Start arrow on StormTopia's site it kicked off my Internet Explorer completely.  Just shut the program down lickety-split, which virtually NEVER happens to me.  I hope there was no harm done/nothing sinister downloaded, and suppose I'll find out in time.  I would NOT recommend trying to view this cam.
