UL 126 hrs Out

A small UL trough will be close by, north of the forecasted TC.
This may have an effect on shear of the TC.
In fact, it could push the tropopause height down on the PV column of the TC and potentially weaken it.
A deeper TUTT will be farther east which could have an effect on strengthening it.
It will be ideally located to create an enhanced poleward outflow channel.
Need to see how these two competting mechanisms will play out if something does indeed spin up.
