Philippines braces for super typhoon Cat 5

This is the latest forecast I could find from the Philippines.
PHILIPPINE weather forecast (they are 12 hours ahead of us.)
Synopsis: At 4:00 p.m. today, Typhoon "JUAN" was located based on satellite and surface data at 390 km East of Aparri, Cagayan (18.5°N 125.7°E) with maximum sustained winds of 225 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 260 kph. It is forecast to move West at 22 kph.
Forecast: Northern Luzon will experienced stormy weather with rough to very rough seas. The rest of Luzon will be cloudy with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms while the rest of the country will have mostly cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms.
Moderate to strong winds blowing from the North to Northwest will prevail over the rest of Luzon and from the Northwest to Southwest over the rest of the country with moderate to rough seas.

CIMSS has Megi at 155 mph it forecasts the winds going down before landfall to 150 mph. I don't know how old the forecast is.

The navy has Megi moving south nearer Baggao, Cagayan (barangay / province). It looks to me like it will hit Baggao see CypressTX post for more info.
