I'll take SE since that is where the anti-cyclone is - just kidding.




If Richard really wants to spin up, the anti-cyclone needs to get over the LLC.

To do that, strong convection needs to fire to the west.

In other words the dry, stable air needs to shake out..

If and when that happens, then we should have a good handle on where the center really is.
