Something's up.

The Omega-Block (High over Greenland and Low west of British Columbia) and strong / persitant negative NAO has a lot to do with it.

What is causing that?

Maybe a lower temp Gulf Stream?

Data supports it.

If this is really the case, I wouldn't be suprised if this pattern persists into March.

You may want to breakdown and buy a snow blower before your back gives out.
