When the air is 38F and the humidity is 16%.....you get snow when you add moisture (which is why we worry more about our dew points than our air temps when a winter storm is approaching.)

But adding a garden sprinkler? Ha-ha.....beats heck outta me.

P.S. We had a freaky little snowstorm here a few weeks ago when a Low passed by the Carolina Coast (well offshore) on its way out to sea....leaving up to 6" of snow; along the NC coast and nowhere else!
