From what I've read, we may see a significant volcanic eruption in Iceland this year.
Based on what we saw last year with a smaller eruption, one can only guess what will/may happen in Europe. As for our climate; I've no idea how much impact it would be but it certainly won't contribute to any warming.
If we get several large eruptions around the planet this decade, it will further enhance the cooling expected from the negative PDO and solar minimum. Perhaps we're in for some cold winters ahead?
