Funny you posted this, I went to bed about around 1030pm last night and despite the tinnitis I hear when it is quiet in a room, I heard a different pitch than the normal sound I hear and it was high in pitch an came from my right ear and lasted maybe like 15 secs.  Had a headache late Sat night, not too severe to which it knocked me down, but it was enough for me to take a 800mg motrin.  Slight headache this morning, not too severe, it's bearable to which I don't need to take headache meds yet tho. :)
