I read a lot......but.......your post reminds me of one of life's secrets. Yes, I can tell you one of life's greatest secrets......one I've known for a long time...but few others do.

MUSIC.

And playing it on as an expensive sound system as you can possibly afford.

How much do all of you spend on your homes? Your cars? But your home music systems? Probably squat.

It's not about playing it loud....it's about playing it CLEAR - and having the music reverberate in your soul..

A good sound system will easily last 20 years (and probably much longer.) But let's be conservative and say 20 years. Can you invest $300/yr in music? If so - you should invest $6,000 in your system (most of it in the speakers.)

Cheap sound systems are okay....but when one moves up to the good stuff...one touches the hand of god. And most people go through life without a clue....
