| This 3rd explosion is very important. It is completely different from the other 2. It was in a donut structure, an emergency cooling system, that surrounds the actual containment vessel. If any explosion could damage the containment the vessel this is the one. The problem is if the radiation continues to rise, they will have to leave. |
