Four helicopters were used.

The noon news said that it was 300 feet not 300 meters above the reactors:

1000 feet - 4.13 millisieverts
300 feet - 87.7 millisieverts

Before water drop:

3782 microsieverts

After water drop:

3752 microsieverts

I missed where that measurement was, but the NHK person said it could simply be a margin of error.
