5.2N 135.6E

New LPA 94W has been spotted developing near Palau Island (5.2N 136.0E).

Northeast Monsoon (aka. Amihan) continuing across Northern & Eastern Luzon, Bicol Region & Northern Visayas.

Weak Easterly Flow (Easterlies) affecting Rest of Visayas & Mindanao, becoming occasionally rainy along Palawan.
