I like that convection.

A clear sign of a tropopause height that is rising.

Anti-cyclone over it.

Of course too far south to spin up and over land; but could be a prelude for something in the east Carib in a few days time as latent & adiabatic heating conditions the upper troposphere and can locally reduce shear.

A wave is cresting at 10N 20W.

Let's see what it does when it closes in on 60W around Saturday or Sunday.
