New towercam

I have added a new ip cam to the tower which allows viewers to pan within the field of view. I have opened access to this cam for public viewing, but may have to disable it in the event of a hurricane in order to use it for hurricanecity.tv. The beauty of this cam is not just the quality but the microphone inside the housing allows the wind to be heard without the ruffle noise. You may hear clunking noises on the tower as many birds land just above the camera. You can access the towercam by using guest as user and guest as password. After accessing the page allow the active x to run in order to see the camera and available options click ok for http.
