I have been told that all these facilities are old tech used to dupe the suspicious minds. The real tech is way beyond current knowledge that is out there. Its more stealth than anything conceived only by a few. In other words haarp ect. it put there to take your mind off of the real thing. It makes complete sense when you rationalize the situation.
