Anti-cyclone has strengthened and stabilized its position.

Diabatic heating of the cloud tops has contributed to this.

Outflow is much improved. I see three UL Lows to the north that are aiding the poleward outflow channel.

Good PV anomaly at the 850 and 700mb level with diminishing circulation above.

Just needs a good hot-tower to kick it in gear.

Best chance would be around sunrise when the upper troposphere is at it's coolest to maximize lift (DMAX).
