Off the NC Coast early next week????

| GFS is showing a weak warm core spin up over borderline water off the NC coast around Monday. Model runs have been consistent. Shear is forecast to be low then. It appears to be prompted by heavy convection firing over NC and then moving off shore. This could brew in the area for a couple days and maybe drift south some.    |
