Very strong but deep earthquake in northern Chile. 15km from San Pedro Volcano

UPDATE 17:38 UTC : The epicenter of the earthquake was only 15 km from the crater of the San Pedro volcano, one of the tallest active volcanoes in the world (6,145 m).




UPDATE 17:34 UTC : Chile emergency service ONEMI has reported a max. intensity of VI MMI.
