New issue at a liquid-sodium fast-breeder reactor in Japan, upwind of Tokyo.

I remember they wanted to build one about 25 years ago in Oak Ridge.

Carter nixed it because it was so potentially dangerous.

Another one had a partial meltdown near Detroit (Fermi)
