A fizzle

| Have broad mid-level circulation over the water, but UL support sucks. Seeing moderate vorticity at 200mb and heavy shear. Heavy convection didn't really materialize and push shear. The shear could still fire a MCS; but, may not have enough time to synch with the LLC before it moves into Mexico.     |
