Outflow is improving and looks like anti-cyclone is setting up.

Key is to watch where the anti-cyclone will be relative to its track.

All eyes will be on the UL jet in the North GOM.

GOM has a tendancy to make quick and unpredictable changes in UL wind patterns.

Part of this will be on how convection fires along the CONUS coastline.
