| Pretty low latitude, but has some spin to it. THe key for storms like these are developing before they hit the Caribbean. Once they get into that East Carib zone, storms that aren't developed yet, don't typically develop. Of course, who knows....this may shoot up to the north. Not sure the track of this thing. |
