I agree no TD. I think the center will form a bit further north near 15.5 N 57W. There's strong mid-level rotation there. In addition, we have a large curved band of convection on the westside and increasing banding on the eastside. As well as, increasing inflow from all quads. Its pulling itself together under shear less than 5ks. And yes, the cloud structure is improving and expanding. Strengthening will be slow, but once a core becomes established, this will become large and powerful.

Still think the diurnal pulse will help this filter out the dry air, as the outer banding is surrounding the center of rotation with heavy -thunder storms.
