Thanks Chris, good info. Yes, I was wondering about this 'angle' . The area covered is a large population  center as we all know.  This could easily become a mess. And, with the uncertainty, we all know people get into the 'it will miss us' attitude and end up cornered or on the road when it hits.

Boy, do we remember Floyd...57 deaths in the United States directly attributed to Floyd, and flood damage estimates range near $6 billion. We could be dealing with the same population area..only that was in 1999....it would be worse now.
