Southern outflow is still a little inhibited by Cuba, perhaps.  She is also paying a little price for dealing with some dryer air to her west and has been wrapping some of it.  By morning, she won't have any remaining excuses, though.  She has a grip on the air to the west, I think, and circulation is offshore of Cuba now...outflow can start to increase in both directions.  She's also starting to recover some of that energy blocked by Hispanola.  She's been really strong in light of those factors.  She shouldn't get any weaker over the next 12 hours unless there is some effect from relatively shallow water than I don't know about.
