Unprecedented. How many times in these forums over the years have we dreaded a setup like this?? And now it's kinda happening. Even the hook back to the left around Cape Hatt. It's all there. The warmer than normal water (record breaking almost), the fast movement post intensification, subtropical capability, etc. Not to mention the potential fetch given the size she will be, which makes surge all the more deadly.
I've got to work this weekend, but come saturday pm I'll be on this storm with you guys like the old days. Maybe we can help a bit as we did with Kat, etc.
If you've got any friends in the NE, they should be warned strongly. |
