Best SLOSH simulations? "Target???"

I've got decent SLOSH maps from wunderground, but I need something better. Maybe "Target" can help me, since I'm on a different computer than my normal rig.
Anyways, we used to have a site/software where we could put the storm anywhere we wanted and divine the surge potential. This is what I'm looking for.
Why? Most of the SLOSH we look at here considers a direct hit on certain locations, not glancing blows, etc.
So far the setup looks fairly dire for the Jersey shore (cape may, ac, oc under 5ft of water), providence, newport, cape cod bay, etc. And NYC lower battery of course underwater if the storm tracks west enough to throw water into the Bight. BUT, this is considering a direct hit.
