Hey hey, hey POCTX way... sorry been a long week. Yes I live about 15 miles northeast of Charleston up 17. I had family that lived on Isle of Palms and Sullivans, but property values have forced them out. Thank you for the compliment not deserved lol. I'm by no means an expert and as you know from previous years I like to be a little litehearted, introduce some humor during stressful times. You and some other posters from way back have shown up and thats cool. Jim has been doing an unbelievable job. Some of us have a hobby that we enjoy , but most of us don't share our hobby like Jim does. Chris can put a hurricane hunter tracking program up on his website but he cant build a chat room worth a crap lol(I know). Ive noticed a lot of names from years gone by back this year. This is my 10th year. It's been kinda nice this year some of the posters from the past have shown up. Of course it took a full blown Cat3 to pull them out of the woodwork , and as soon as the storm is forecast to go up the east coast the Florida and Gulf posters lose interest lol. (I'm not making fun, it's been that way since I remember on this board lol) Glad your back
