WE are expected to see at least 10-to 12"here with a sorm surge of 6-8' in Norfolk, that was what was said at the Department head meeting and relayed to us troops this morning, NS norfolk will be at HurCon II by 1600 (4pm) today.  Hampton, Va Cat 1 low laying areas are now told for a manditory evac now.
