Yes they are,First time ever that weather will shut down the system,and first time ever mandatory evacuation have ever been ordered in NYC.

And they have already Cancelled tomorrows and sundays Mets Game(good,don't have to watch them lose).Cancelled it tomorrow because no Transit sytem to get people to and from game.
