Water is rising fast in NC

From my cousin in eastern NC, she is near East Carolina University:

Just talked to friends at Swans Point, Washington, NC. After Floyd, their house was raised up 9 feet. The water is right now just 3 steps from coming in their house. Praying for it to stop rising.
