| Im my general area there were definitely more trees downed in Gloria then with this storm.But the coastal flooding was alot worse then Gloria.Inland areas on the Island might have had more damage with trees down,But The coastal areas were hit harder in my opion.When I drove down south it was b lock after block after block flooded from the storm surge.Every house most likely had water damage,basement flooding,and Lost alot of belongings because of the flooding.Not saying the interior got off,they got hit hard as did all of the Island,But i would immidiate southshore and northshores got the worse in the way of property damage.. |
