"HURRICANE FORCE WINDS EXTEND OUTWARD UP TO 70 MILES...110 KM...FROM THE CENTER...AND TROPICAL STORM FORCE WINDS EXTEND OUTWARD UP TO 205 MILES...335 KM. A NOAA BUOY LOCATED ABOUT 50 MILES NORTH-NORTHEAST OF THE CENTER RECENTLY REPORTED A SUSTAINED WIND OF 87 MPH WITH A GUST TO 112 MPH."
