I'm not saying it's impossible......just saying it's not likely. Storms that go through the caribbean have a chance.....but storms that go north of Puerto Rico are going to have to deal with a lot of troughs scheduled to be coming off the east coast the next few weeks...one of those which is about to kick Maria out to sea.
