 That anomaly map has a postive PNA signature right to it. I recognized it instantly, however at the time I was onto other things and didn't check because I don't really care that much about it, although it is important to note that these modes of natural climate variability are more important to long range forecasting than people think. It's too bad we don't have the means yet to forecast them better. It would help wonders in the long term range. |
