Western Atlantic

So I guess nobody's worried about the red-circled potential subtropical cyclone trying to develop in the western Atlantic?  Where's it supposed to end up, I'm wondering?  NHC says it'll move west today and northwest tomorrow, but that doesn't tell us much.
