The Charleston, SC, waterspout that eventually came ashore and just wrecked the shoreline was then classified a tornado later on.

My question is would this waterspout get the same re-classification?


Also, Mobile Bay saw 9 confirmed waterspouts on the 8th as well.  I will get my videos linked at some point to here.
