Well, she did it. She made the transition and convection is really blossoming this afternoon. Latest observation out of JAX is 25 with gusts to 30.

The NHC is reticent is saying the H word, but with 100 miles to the shore, or roughly 8 hours and some nice convection circling the center, could we see 75 mph this afternoon?
