More abundant rain for the SE gulf states from all of this, too.

With an anti-cyclone over the Gulf and and a ULL situated over the NW Gulf as the Tropical Weather Discussion on the NHC points out, A lot of moisture and rain may make it to the aready-drenched SE and Florida.
